Location: Waterstone Bar and Grille (311 West Madison Street, Baltimore)

DETAILS: Your $5 cover charge will get you a wristband. All patrons wearing wristbands will pay only for $5 for martinis and $5 for tapas all night. People who arrive during the bar's regular happy hour (before 6 PM) will also get happy hour prices. The proceeds benefit Equality Maryland and our work to ensure equal treatment under the law for LGBT Marylanders! All supporters and allies are welcome.

EQMD 2010 Signature Gala (Prince George's County) - Featuring Gov. Martin O'Malley

DETAILS: On October 24, 2010, hundreds of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Marylanders and allies who support equality and fairness, will gather at Equality Maryland’s annual gala. This year’s theme is “On the Road to Equality.” Governor Martin O’Malley will be our special guest. We hope that you can join us on October 24th as our guest as we rally our community and build momentum for full marriage equality and transgender anti-discrimination legislation for the 2011 General Assembly session. You will not want to miss out on the signature event for the LGBT community in the Free State. All supporters and allies are welcome.

TransParent Day was established to provide a day that celebrates the love between transgendered parents and their children. Equality Maryland is proud to support this important holiday!
